Angry about SPAM?
I do not send out spam emails. I am solely in the business of promoting my novels and have no sideline in selling Viagra, penis enlargement kits or photographs of myself in revealing underwear.
Rest assured that this is not as a result of any moral highground on my part. If I thought there was a market in photographs of a middle-aged man in his Y-fronts, I'd be bombarding your in-box even as you read. But alas, that is a market where supply has already far outstripped demand.
However...
Spammers do send out emails with the Sent From field set to somebody else's email address. I am aware that there have been some emails sent with a michaelamos.net email address in the Sent From field. These were not sent out by me.
I have taken some steps to try to counter this but there really is a limit to what I can do to stop it. If you have received an email from a michaelamos.net account, I would be grateful if you could send the details to mamos [at] michaelamos [dot] net (removing the anti-spam codes from the email address).
